Hi Carols, in fact the total price of one window does not exceed $500 (window+delivery). The wooden package is strong and in good condition before shipment, the damage was caused by mishandling by the local courier. No one wants this to happen, and we are already actively dealing with it. When you told me that the box and one window is damaged, I completed the documents and submitted them to the insurance company within 3 days. They replied that they would complete the review of the documents in about 2 weeks, and now just the first week. Thanks.
